To place a bid in person, please visit Modern Recovery at 2474 N. Flowing Wells Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705 and fill out a bid sheet. You may also bid online using the bid submission link provided next to each vehicle photo below. Bids will be sent to the agency and reviewed each day. You will be notified if you are the winning bidder. If you do not hear from the agency within 24 hours, you should assume your bid was not accepted.

Other important details:
- All vehicles are sold "As Is."
- The agency does not give any warranties, expressed or implied.
- Sales proceeds must be remitted directly to the agency in the form of a cashier's check or cash.
- All sales are final.
